From Classroom to Career: Isuzu’s 23rd Batch of Heart and Smile Scholars Graduates

After two years of hands-on training, 15 scholars from Batch 23 of the Isuzu Heart and Smile Project (IHSP) have shifted into high gear, officially graduating from the Isuzu-TESDA Auto Mechanic Training Center in Tacloban, Leyte.

Each one achieved an NC IV Certificate, TESDA’s highest credential for automotive servicing, a true badge of skill and determination.

Isuzu’s Heart and Smile Project Graduates Batch 22 Scholars

Providing exemplary service is something that Isuzu thrives in, and while many may attribute that to their flawless selection of skilled personnel, the secret actually lies in how they nurture the capabilities of their scholars.

Isuzu Motors Limited Japan (IML), in partnership with TESDA and World Vision, celebrated the graduation of Batch 22 scholars from the Isuzu Heart and Smile Project (IHSP) at the Isuzu-TESDA Auto Mechanic Training Center. The 18 graduates successfully completed the rigorous two-year Automotive Servicing Course, achieving the NC IV certification, the highest qualification for the program.
