MANILA, Philippines — Splitting a playing card with just a single bullet is one of the trick shots taught by President Benigno S. Aquino III to his close security aides in a bid to make them better shooters than him.
The classic trick shot displayed by the President’s bodyguard, Senior Police Officer 4 Lito Africano, will be shown in the coming National Geographic Channel (NGC) documentary film on the exclusive behind- the-scene look in the Palace.
The documentary titled “Inside: Malacañang” followed the life of the President via Africano, Presidential Security Group commander Col. Ramon Mateo Dion, presidential food taster Jaime Castro, and close-in photographer Jay Morales. The NGC documentary, which took one and a half year to produce, will be aired on March 18.
