The Autocomplex at Quezon City was splashed with neon lights and the party vibes, as VinFast Philippines held its Electric Nights: The VinFast Afterhours Car Meet last December 19th!
Before hyping up the crowd, the full-day electric experience started with the community test drive from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, giving interested guests the opportunity to try out some of VinFast’s lineup of vehicles, including the VF3 and the VF5. While the day had its fair share of rain, both vehicles showed off their tenacity on the road, giving their passengers a taste of true value and comfort while driving.
Besides the test drive, guests were also treated to fun games and prizes at the entrance, with many trying out their luck at the claw machine, while others took their chance with the tumblers and stickers.
Meanwhile, the registration hub upfront was the perfect spot for both first-time and repeat buyers, especially for those looking to inquire about the right VinFast vehicle for their needs, budget, and travel range.
Then, it was finally time to party!
Headlined by DJ Siangyoo, and featuring the lineup of Ben Colarina, Renz Elma, and MC Chenn, the Autocomplex became a place of trance and beats, as the crowd erupted to the electrifying sounds of the meet!
DJ Ben Colarina started off the vibe to warm up the audience for what’s to come later that night. Getting everyone in the mood with the modern beats, complemented by the wavering lights on the dancefloor and the mesmerizing silhouettes of both the VF 7 and the VF 3, the crowd saw up close and personal how both vehicles’ exteriors would fare with the night lights of the Manila party scene.
The tempo never slowed down as the setlist of the night went on, with DJ Renz Elma taking on the next turntable for the party. The mix of house, trance, and party music definitely hyped up the VinFast community, who showed off their vehicles on display at the venue, giving each and every one a chance to exhibit the sleekness and practicality of their VF 3s.
After which, Ms. Nora Liquido, Communications Director of VinFast Philippines went on stage to thank the attendees, media partners, and VinFast for being partying with the brand.
“It’s a pleasure to have everyone gather here tonight. To our VinFast community, thank you for being part of this journey. To our guests exploring electric mobility with us, we’re glad you’re here. This night is about movement, connection, and experiencing the electric lifestyle. So have fun, feel free to explore the cars, and discover the energy of the VinFast community!”
She ended her short speech of thanks by welcoming one of their longtime collaborators, Automotive Content Creator and Founder of Southscene, Carl Macasia, who also shared Ms. Liquido’s enthusiasm on stage.
The finale of the night was the earth-shattering sounds from DJ Siangyoo who made sure that no guest would ever go home with the gloom of the day’s rainy weather, ending everyone’s Friday evening on an energetic high note!
