PR Agency Executive JL Daez Joins Ford PH as Communications Manager

Communications professional Joseph Lawrence “JL” Daez is joining Ford Philippines as Communications Manager starting September 22, 2025.

JL has over 15 years of experience, including more than a decade in branding, communications strategy, and campaign execution.

He has a proven ability in building impactful brands and leading multi-million-peso campaigns across advertising, public relations, and marketing.

Prior to joining Ford, JL served as Account Director at EON The Stakeholders Relations Group, where he led strategic communications initiatives for major accounts in the automotive, healthcare, consumer tech, and energy sectors, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, media relations, and integrated campaigns.

His achievements include successfully directing high-impact campaigns for notable clients like Nissan, Unilab, and Shell, which enhanced brand reputation, supported product launches, and engaged both internal and external stakeholders.

Prior to EON, JL was the Marketing Communications Manager at Peugeot Philippines, where he created and implemented 360-degree communications strategies and handled social media, press relations, influencer marketing, and partnerships.

JL will be reporting to EJ Francisco, Communications Director, Ford Philippines and Asia Pacific Distributor Markets (APDM) and will work closely with Ogilvy Philippines, Ford Philippines’ integrated marketing communications agency-on-record.
