This price assurance arrives as a timely move for consumers, though availability is limited and will depend on dealership stock levels nationwide.
This update follows the implementation of the Capital Market Efficiency Promotion Act (CMEPA), which was signed into law and took effect on July 1, 2025, signaling a shift in automotive regulations that revoked the tax exemption on pick-up trucks not used for livelihood purposes, causing an increase in their pricing.
